Responsibilities:
• Responsible for online service senior agents to track and handle their problems in a timely manner and provide the best solution;
• Responsible for daily consultation, solving agency problems, and conducting effective agency management and maintenance;
• Conduct online agent guidance to assist other departments in the execution of various activities;
• Responsible for receiving online customer consultation, solving customer problems, recording customer needs, handing them over to the interface department, and following up on the progress of the requirements;
• Responsible for receiving telephone customer consultation, solving customer problems, recording customer needs, handing them over to the interface department, and following up the progress of the requirements;
• Responsible for collecting, collating, analyzing, and summarizing the agent data and online customer service data.
Requirements:
• College degree or above, customer service, sales related work experience for more than 1 year;
• Proficiency in common office software such as Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint must be proficient);
• Highly loyal, loyal to the business, highly stable and ethical;
• Good interpersonal communication skills (verbal, written) and excellent written skills;
• Has good pressure resistance and can work in shifts
